Gold Coast City Brass Band

  • About Us:
Gold Coast City Brass Band is a volunteer, community based, not for profit organisation, that has proudly served the Gold Coast since 1902.
We play a variety of brass band music (both modern and traditional) for the enjoyment of both the players and audience.
We strive for the band, and our individual members, to improve musically whilst still having fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
We perform at events such as Australia Day Citizenship Awards, Anzac Day Parades, the Gold Coast Moncrief Community Awards, and many other community events including a variety of concerts, workshops and, of course, Community Christmas Carols.

  • New Members Needed:
If you are a brass player, or percussionist, you are invited to join our band to enjoy weekly rehearsals, performances and comradeship.
It is a friendly atmosphere and people of all ages and playing abilities are welcome.
Why not come along for a few weeks to see if you enjoy it?

We have a modest annual membership fee, and instruments are available for hire at  extremely reasonable rates.
If you do decide to join, all we ask is that members are courteous, and attend most practices and performances.
